Upcoming Designs

Upcoming Designs:

  • Accordion Photo Album
  • Mini Accordion Photo Album
  • Bound Accordion Photo Album

An old favorite with some new twists.

The accordion photo album is very versatile. You can use it to display a few favorite photos on your desk at work. You can put photos in it, write a note and send it to friends or family at Christmas time. You can even make a hundred of them and sell them at a craft bazaar. They are so easy children ages 8 and up can make them.

Items you will need to create an accordion photo album:

2- 8 1/2 x 11 sheets chipboard (This is the cardboard that is used on the back of paper pads, packages of designed computer paper, and cereal boxes. It is available in small amounts on eBay and at one of my favorite websites, http://www.papermart.com/ in large quantities.)

12x12 designed scrapbooking paper(do not use card stock, it is too stiff) You will need only one sheet for both the accordion photo album and the mini album. You will need two matching sheets for the bound album and one sheet of a coordinating color (different design) for the binding (if desired).

White card stock or card stock of a coordinating color to the designed paper. (Amount depends on how many pages you wish to have in your book.)

Scrapbooking glue (white Elmer's glue is too wet for this project)

Cutting board, with ruler measurements

Embossing Stylus (Or scoring blade on your cutting board)

Ribbon, buttons, stickers, eyelets, eyelet setter, Fastenater, Fastenater staples, etc. for embellishment

Instructions will follow in a few days.
